Return and Refund Policy

At Jamila Spices, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Terms of Return

  • You may request a return within five business days of receiving your order.
  • Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. State of Return

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for health and safety reasons.
  • Perishable items, including opened spice containers, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, please provide photos as proof of damage.

3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • The product was defective or expired upon arrival.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

4. Process for Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Support@jamilaspices.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Ship the product back in its original condition using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within five business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when initiating the return process. We will process an exchange if the requested item is in stock.
